Moving

We understand that when you are moving, you have more things to worry about than just want to do with your internet service, so we have tried to make the process as simple as possible.

First, you must submit your request to cancel via email to

  • Email must include:
  1. Reason for wanting to cancel services
  2. The date you are needing services stopped
  3. Are you signing up for Mainstream Fiber Networks services at their new location, if available?
  4. Is someone taking over services at their current location?
  5. Forwarding address for future invoice

If you are canceling before your contracted term has ended, you will be responsible for a $100 Cancellation fee and any applicable contract balances.

  • If MSFN services are available at your new location our Billing Department will waive the $100 Cancellation fee and any applicable contract balances.
  • If new residents are projected to take over your services after cancellation then our Billing Department will waive any applicable contract balances. ($100 Cancellation fee still applies)
  • If NO new residents are projected to take over your services after cancellation , then you will still be responsible for their $100 Cancellation fee and any applicable contract balances. Equipment in the home must be returned within 5 business days after disconnection or an additional fee with apply.
